Blunt Tips When safety is a concern, the tips of our shears can be blunted. The tips are rounded, removing the point, eliminating the possibility of injury or snagging or tearing material. Cutting efficiency at tip is maintained for "snipping." |

Extra Blunt Tips Extra blunt tips are not just for safety! When added blade strength is required and cut length is critical, order the next shear size larger than needed and "XB" the blades for superior strength. |

Fully Rounded Tips Fully rounding the scissors removes approximately 1/4" of the cutting edge. This option can be helpful when there is a possibility that the worker might snip his or her fingers. |

Knife Edge Cutting edge of one blade is precision ground to a sharper angle for easier cutting. Excellent feature for cutting upholstery, carpet, heavy fabrics, etc. |

Serration Serrating or corrugating one or both blades prevents the slipping of wire, polyester, and other hard-to-cut materials. Available in three degrees of serration: Light, Medium, and Deep (shown). |
