What is your return policy?
All warranty returns must include a Warranty Return Authorization (WRA) number. The WRA for the U.S. can be obtained by calling Customer Service at 1-800-252-8452. Proof of purchase from an Authorized Klein Cutlery’s Distributor is required for all warranty claims. Read more at kleincutlery.con/terms-and-conditions.
What is your shipping policy?
The Goods will be shipped within a reasonable time after the receipt of Buyer’s purchase order. Klein Cutlery shall not be liable for any delays, loss or damage in transit. Unless otherwise agreed in writing by the parties, Klein Cutlery shall deliver the Goods to a location designated by Klein Cutlery at time of shipment (the “Delivery Point”) using Klein Cutlery’s standard methods for packaging and shipping such Goods. What is your warranty policy?
Klein Cutlery products, manufactured and sold for commercial or industrial uses, are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for the normal life of the product. THERE ARE NO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTIBILITY OR FITNESS. At its option, Klein Cutlery will repair or replace, or refund the purchase price of, any product which fails to conform to this warranty under normal use and service. In no event shall Klein Cutlery be liable for incidental or consequential damage. Do you provide sharpening or maintenance services for your scissors?
